Xray CT Room Installation Material Lead Glass

In usual, 1200mm*800mm is our hot-sale product.
It is widely used for Xray CT Installation Projects.
X-RAY GLASS IS:
- Available in 8mm-25mm thickness lead shielding equivalences and
higher ratings are available upon request.
- The highest density x-ray lead glass available for the most
efficient medical radiation shielding quality, and yet also
allowing approx. 88% spectral light transmission.
- Uniformly dense and is a composition of high quality materials
providing a dependable shielding value.
- Utilized for medical x-ray, gamma, alpha and beta photon shielding
only.
- Not for thermal neutron or fast neutron shielding. X-Ray lead glass
will NOT shield against Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI),
electro-magnetism or radio-frequency, ultrasound, laser or any
non-ionizing types of radiation.

We will also customize the size according to customer requirements,
the largest size we have customized is as follows
1500mm size x 3000mm size for their CT Rooom installation.
Attention:
1. Lead glass is a brittle material with a large proportion, so it
must be handled gently when it is moved.
2. When installation, the glass must be mismatched with the wall
protection material to prevent radiation leakage at the joint.
3. As lead glass materials are rich in lead and barium, lead glass
is easy to be contaminated by acid and base,
and is not easy to be installed or stored in a sour or humid
environment.
4. The surface of lead glass is more easily scratched than that of
ordinary glass and should be handled with care.
Packing & Delivery
Our lead glass will be packed in wooden case for well protection
and water and dirt proof.
